BASIC CONSULTATION
Vision Design Concepts will begin with an interior and exterior assessment of your property to prepare it for listing. If it is simply staging advice you require, we will provide you with a full written report itemizing what needs to be prepared and purchased to get your home in staging condition. You will receive expert recommendations so that any special projects required such as painting or landscaping can be handled by the right professionals.
PARTIAL STAGING
Using a combination of the Seller’s and Vision Design Concept’s assets, we will develop a comprehensive plan to implement some basic changes like neutralizing, depersonalizing and de-cluttering your home to get the property in staging condition. The plan will outline what stays and what goes into storage while strategically regrouping furniture and accessories so the best features of the home are emphasized and any negative aspects are minimized.
Partial staging allows you to do as much or as little as you like
and we are happy to do the rest.
FULL HOME STAGING
